“This place is amazing! The house is big, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. Perfect for larger groups/families. The back yard is fully fenced and the pool is incredible. The perfect area to relax after exploring downtown (which is literally just a short walk to Main Street.) What's really nice is the abundance of full bathrooms (4 including the guest house, which is perfect for someone in the group who needs a little privacy). All in all couldn't recommend this place enough! Mike is a great host, we hope to return to the house soon!”

“We loved staying here over the 4th of July weekend. Mike was very responsive and answered all of our questions leading up to and during our stay. Upon arrival we felt the pool could use a quick scrub and he had someone out there ASAP to service it. The house is gorgeous and has a great layout for groups. We also loved that there was a pool and it is pet friendly. We gave Mike some notes upon check out with some areas of improvement we saw and he was grateful and kind in his response. Will absolutely book this home again in the future!”
“We had a great time at Mike's place. The pool and spa were a big hit with the grand kids and adults alike. The place was very clean and well stocked with all essentials. We walked around the neighborhood several evenings and felt very safe. The kitchen was fabulous. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen very well supplied. We had one issue with a hole in the air mattress and within 2 hours Mike had one delivered to our front door! He was always responsive when a question arose. Would highly recommend Mike's place when visiting Fredericksburg or the surrounding areas.”
“We loved or stay at The Luxury Farmhouse Retreat. I've rented 17 homes in Fredericksburg throughout the years and this was definitely one of the best. The house was well built with nice finishes. It was also nice and roomy and the pool was a big hit! If you are going to Fredericksburg in the summer, you definitely need a pool. We will be back!”
